My return to blogging...

The last few weeks has been pretty amazing with me covering a wide range of subjects from the metro wreck to boy bands on capitol hill. Just last week I did 15 shoots over 6 days. I shot from a moving motorcycle for the first time two weeks back.

Switching teams

 April 28th, 2009 started out like any normal day on the hill, but ended with a change that rocked the republican party. After years of speculation, Sen. Arlen Specter(R-PA) had finally made the switch from the republican party to the democratic party. Specter held a press conference that was filled with photographers, TV crews and reporters.

Finally Home

Members of "The Old Guard," fold an Amerian flag during the funeral of Corporal Samuel C. Harris who was being laid to rest at Arlington Cemetery in Arlington, Va. on April 10, 2009. Harris who remains were recently identified was kill in action during the opening months of the Korean War.
